An incredible variety of routes, from cycling to mountain bike, from cyclotourism to downhill. You can venture into the Forti, between the sea-view and the profile of ancient fortifications, in the Fontanabuona roads, or along the coast from Voltri to Varazze, or from Genoa to La Spezia.

Along tracks and paths through beautiful landscapes, mountain pastures and dense woods, both beginners as well as more experienced riders can take trips from Bavari to Passo Cento Croci, from Val Bisagno to Antola, or through many other charming pathways.

Here in Genoa you will find everything you want from the sea: efficient facilities for yachtsmen, prestigious sailing schools, like the "Scuola di Mare" of the Italian Yacht Club, the oldest sailing club of Mediterranean, the beautiful backdrops of Portofino Marine Reserve, which has accepted the Canoe Nations Cup in 2002.
