I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Helvetia in Genova. It so happened that I had lost my luggage in Frankfurt, and it only arrived a day later. The staff was most helpful in helping me retriveing the luggage. Special thanks to Christine and Christian at the reception who fought my battle trying to figure out what was going on in with my luggage. Thanks!
